16 days. A total of 16 days it took the airlines to find my luggage. Believed or not it was still in New York. I do not understand how they can lose something that has a bar code, and two names tags with my name and address. All they had to do was scan the bar code and see where was suppose to go. It is not brain surgery. By now I gave it for lost.
I was very happy when they found it, even that one wheel is broken and the suitcase looks like it went to war. At least I have all my clothes and moisturizes, let’s face it, we get to be certain age and we need all the moisturizer we can use. Besides they are Aveda, and they are not cheap, and it not just the moisturizer, it is also the cleanser and the toner, shampoo and conditioner, make-up and everything that we women use, or even if we do not use it all, we still carry it.
I went to the supermarket, and as I am waiting for the bus to return home, I met this one nice 21 yrs old guy. Red hair, red bear, he looked like a big leprechaun. Anyway, as we started talking he asked me where I was from. And he been to Uruguay, actually a group from his university went to Argentina as volunteers and one day they cross the river to visit my country. It was nice talking with somebody that has been there.
