Apeldoorn

Apeldoorn is a small town, I went to the Centre, and it is nice. They have a very nice library, two movies, a mall and your typical centre stores.
Every Saturday they have a nice market, I love markets, even if I do not buy anything I still like to go, and I always end up buying something anyway.
Apeldoorn is situated vey centrally, so it is very easy from here to go to any place in the country, it is also only one hour by train to Germany. As you can see, the location is great. However, this is the Netherlands, so it rains everyday and even if it does not rain, still is overcast.
There is a beautiful park enclosed by beautiful houses, very close to the house, a few times I took the dog for a walk, it was very enjoyable. I also walked around the neighborhood, very nice; actually, the house I am house sitting is very nice.

Another rainy day in the Netherlands, I am not surprise, when I lived in Leeuwarden it rained just about every day, so I was expecting it now. Somehow, I am not bored, even that I am home most every day I found myself quiet content. In other countries I get bore easily, I need to go out all the time somehow here I am fine.
I am also trying to writing a novel, so I sit everyday on my laptop by the window and I write, I guess the rain makes it more conducive to writing. The pets are so nice, the cats seat by me when I write, the dog is not allowed upstairs, but I make sure I go down often enough to play with him, so he does not feel neglected.
As soon as I seat in the chair to watch TV, the dog seats on my lap and does not move until it is time for bed.
